Procurement Manager

Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers of raw materials (mainly for food catering and cafes)
Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries so that items and goods delivered on time frame provided.
Monitor and forecast upcoming par levels of demand for items/goods needed for caterings and cafes.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking and prepare costing spreadsheets.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
Conduct market research from time-to-time and propose to Management on quality & cost saving alternatives while maintaining the quality standards of supplies
Able to perform ad-hoc duties as and when needed
